Regulatory Consulting
Working with legal counsel or the project architect, we assist in the representation of clients before public agencies such as the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals, The Deapartment of City Planning and the NYC Landmarks Commission. Handle all necessary paperwork, filings, briefs and financial analyses.

Strategic Planning
Provide sound business and management plans – before the project starts. First, learn about goals; then, establish a clear path through the thicket of options. Is the project complex? Simplifying is part of the service.

Market and Economic Feasibility
What is a property's investment potential? Likely income and expense? How will financials be affected by approvals, zoning, market factors and organizational needs? We answer these questions and more – reliably – for clients interested in commercial, retail, residential and investment development projects.

Facility Assessment
For institutional clients, we examine current real estate assets, the assets of potential merger partners and/or the advisability of new acquisitions. We can also coordinate an interdisciplinary team to assess a structure's current condition and potential future costs.

Site Acquisition
Find and provide knowledge about available and potential properties gleaned from experience, legwork and relationships. Act as the client's surrogate in dealing with the realtor community. Structure the deal and, if necessary, help find affordable financing.

Site Disposition
Develop a plan for disposition. Successfully navigate the regulatory approval process. Find the very best buyer – a search that combines information- gathering and experience. We are licensed brokers; however we typically work not on the usual fee basis but on a consulting basis.

Urban Planning and Economic Development
Work with architects, planners and other disciplines in preparing plans for large urban development projects. Special expertise? The economic feasibility component. Hard-fo-find strength? Understanding the relationship between design, architecture, community development and economics.
