establish the intial contact. Investors and funders also know our

How do clients choose services?
Clients may hire us on a goal-oriented basis
– for example, with a directive to find the best site or manage
a new facility or expansion project. Or choose one discrete service
– e.g. prepare a market feasibility report.
First we discuss the client's needs and goals;
then we tailor our services. We are
conservative and direct. We do not promise more than we can deliver.
